Return Policy

General provisions

 

  • The operator is the copyright holder of the moon-land-test.com portal and is a party to the User Agreement. The operator performs administration and maintenance, and provides users with access to the portal, and services (also paid services), under the terms of the User Agreement.
  • A user is an individual who visits the portal or participates in moon-land-test.com portal projects.
  • Portal — special hardware and software complexes placed on the Operator's resources. Access to the portal for the Users is provided by the Operator only. All rights to use this portal belong exclusively to the Operator.
  • Additional Paid Services — providing additional special features of the Portal to the User for a fee. These services are not mandatory and are provided at the User's request. Paid Services are also provided by the Operator exclusively within the Portal.

Additional Paid Services

  • At the User's request, the Operator provides Additional Paid Services that unlock advanced features of the Portal.
  • Additional Paid Services are not a prerequisite for using the Portal or participating in Portal projects.
  • Once the Portal Operator debits the User's account, the Additional Paid Service is deemed to have been provided in full and at proper quality. 
  • Once an Additional Paid Service has been provided, the funds used to purchase it are non-refundable.
  • The User agrees that the Operator is entitled to store personal information collected during the purchase of Additional Paid Services.
  • The list of Additional Paid Services and their prices are published exclusively on the moon-land-test.com portal. Any information or offers to purchase these services on third-party websites are considered fraudulent, and the Operator bears no responsibility for them.
  • The methods and availability of purchasing Additional Paid Services are explained by the Operator on the portal.
  • The Operator does not explain the operation of payment systems chosen by the User to purchase Additional Paid Services and is not responsible for their incorrect operation.
  • In the event of technical malfunctions on the portal, deliberate actions by the User, or other circumstances where Additional Paid Services were provided without the User's account being fully or partially debited, the User is obliged to notify the Operator and repay any resulting debt.
  • The Operator does not reimburse the User for unused or partially used Additional Paid Services.
  • The User shall bear, at their own expense, all financial costs associated with purchasing Additional Paid Services, including fees, charges, and other related expenses.
  • The User warrants to the Operator that they have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement in relation to Additional Paid Services.
  • If a User under the age of 18 purchases any Additional Paid Services, they must first obtain consent for the financial transaction from their legal representative. The act of purchasing constitutes proof of such consent. If necessary, the Operator may request written confirmation of consent along with identification to verify the User's age.
  • Responsibility for the purchase of Additional Paid Services lies entirely with the User and their legal representatives.
  • Liability disputes regarding the purchase of Additional Paid Services with the Portal Operator are not permitted.
  • Additional Paid Services are accessible to the User only after payment has been made in full.
  • In non-standard situations where a refund may be warranted — for example, due to non-receipt of Additional Paid Services — the User may contact the Administration via the support page at https://moon-land-test.com/admins, providing the necessary payment identification details.
  • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and typically processed within 5-10 business days once the Administration has verified the payment record and the reported issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever the payment provider supports it; where that is not possible, the Operator may offer an equivalent balance of in-game currency instead.
  • Refunds are not issued for Additional Paid Services that have already been consumed or applied to a character, for purchases made more than 30 days prior to the request, or for accounts that have been suspended for violating the server rules.
  • Chargebacks filed directly with a payment provider, without first contacting the Administration, may result in a temporary suspension of the associated account while the dispute is investigated.
  • This policy applies equally across all language versions of the portal. Where a translated version and the English original differ in meaning, the English version governs.
  • If any provision of this policy is found unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. The Operator may update this policy from time to time; the version in effect on the date of purchase applies to that transaction.
